The machine is made of high-quality stainless steel and is built using finishing technology. The grinding mill relies on two grinding discs full of tooth grooves to grind against each other to grind materials into powder. It can grind various grains, Chinese medicinal materials, condiment raw materials and other materials into uniform powders of 50-200 mesh.
It mainly consists of feed hopper, rotor, toothed disc, screen, casing, machine base, motor and other parts. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is quickly broken into fine powder or slurry due to the continuous impact of the round teeth and flat teeth and the friction of the toothed disc. Under the action of centrifugal force and air flow, it passes through the sieve holes and is discharged outdoors through the discharge port.

4. The grinding powder is relatively fine. After repeated efforts of the R&D personnel, the grinding disc has a low sound and fine grinding powder. It can grind materials with high oil or sugar content such as sesame, walnuts, almonds, cucumber seeds, winter melon seeds, wolfberry and Codonopsis pilosula into the finest grinding. This solves the problem that ordinary grinding mills cannot grind the above materials.
