Micro jet pulverizer is an ultra-small machine that can be placed on the work surface. Suitable for ultra-fine grinding of ultra-small amounts of high-value powder in laboratories. This machine is characterized by a high recovery rate, and because it is blown with compressed air, the inside of the machine is clean. It is especially suitable for laboratories that frequently change powder types. It is used to crush high-hardness and brittle materials, such as: zircon sand, zirconium oxide, silica, alumina, calcium carbonate, carbon black, AC foaming agent, paint, fluorescent powder, various fillers for plastics and rubber, and pearl powder.

The characteristics of this machine are high recovery rate, and the inside of the machine is clean as soon as it is blown with compressed air. It is especially suitable for laboratories that frequently change powder types. It is used to crush high-hardness and brittle materials, such as: zircon sand, zirconium oxide, silica, alumina, calcium carbonate, carbon black, AC foaming agent, paint, fluorescent powder, various fillers and pearl powder for plastics and rubber, etc.

Micro jet pulverizer

The powder is added to the feeding nozzle by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and is sprayed into the crushing cavity by the feeding compressed air. The high-speed airflow ejected from the crushing nozzle forms a supersonic flow, causing collision and shearing in the flow and collision and friction with the wall of the crushing chamber to crush into fine powder. During the high-speed movement and crushing process of the logistics, particles of different fineness will produce different separation in the rotating air flow. Because the centrifugal force of the centripetal airflow is greater than the centrifugal force, the powder particles with qualified fineness are brought to the discharge pipe by the exhaust airflow, and the finished products are collected through the bag. The larger particles are thrown to the periphery because the centrifugal force is greater than the centrifugal force of the centripetal airflow, and the crushing process continues with the high-speed movement of the logistics.
