Rapid grinder ydm-i (single head), ydm-ii (double head) fast grinder is an efficient ultra-fine grinding and mixing equipment for laboratories and small batch production. This machine complies with the requirements for test equipment in the national standard gb/t12109-1989 "Ball Mill for Daily Use Ceramic Industry" and the national industry jb/t1406-2002 "Ball Mill and Pocket Mill".
This machine can be widely used in electronic materials, magnetic materials, biomedicine, ceramic glaze slurry, non-metallic minerals, new materials and other industries. It provides convenience for scientific and technological personnel to research new products and develop new technology materials. It is the preferred equipment for scientific research, teaching, testing and production.

Put the materials to be processed into the ball mill tank and cover it, place it on the pallet, tighten the gland screws, and start the work. During operation, the pallet rotates and swings at high speed, driving the ball mill tank to rotate and swing at high speed. Under this movement, the grinding balls in the ball mill tank form a large high-frequency impact and friction force on the material under the action of inertial force, and grind the material quickly.
This machine can perform ultra-fine grinding or mixing of materials using wet or dry methods. After experiments, the machine's speed is adjusted to the best working effect. According to different material particle sizes (material particle size below 20 mesh) and different material properties (Mohs hardness below 7 degrees), the material can be processed into ultra-fine powder (0.1μm~10μm) in a short time (10 minutes ~ 60 minutes).
