Product Introduction
A double-layer spiral blade is arranged on the transmission main shaft of the horizontal ribbon mixer. The inner spiral transports the material to the outside, and the outer spiral collects the material to the inside. The materials form a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt. The inner and outer diameter spirals installed on the mixing shaft drive the materials in the barrel, allowing the mixer to turn the materials over the maximum range in the barrel. When the mixing device is working, the inner spiral drives the material near the axis to rotate on the axis, and pushes the axial direction from the inside to both sides. The outer spiral drives the material close to the barrel wall to rotate on the axis, and pushes the axial direction from both sides to the inside. The mixed materials can be evenly mixed in a short time.

It is widely used in the mixing of solid-solid (i.e. powder and powder) and solid-slurry (i.e. powder and glue liquid) of putty paste, real stone paint, dry powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractory materials, etc. It is especially suitable for mixing viscous materials. This mixer is not suitable for mixing materials with large fiber content and large density differences. For putty paste, real stone paint, biology, medicine, food and other industries, it is recommended to use stainless steel. Generally, when mixing dry mortar containing vitrified microspheres, a horizontal ribbon mixer is recommended. The motor and the mixing spindle are directly connected through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operating reliability and easy maintenance.

Material requirements
According to the material conditions, users can choose ordinary carbon steel and stainless steel. If the material is too corrosive, then you can choose high-grade stainless steel or choose a corrosion-resistant lining. The surface treatment can be rough polishing, fine polishing, or mirror polishing according to the material usage level.

Discharge method at the bottom of the mixer: Powder materials can adopt a pneumatic door-opening structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; high-fineness materials or semi-fluid materials use manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves. Manual butterfly valves are economical and practical. Pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing properties for semi-fluid, but the cost is higher than manual butterfly valves. When heating or cooling is required, a jacket can be configured. There are two heating methods available: electric heating and thermal oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating rate is slow and the energy consumption is high; thermal oil heating requires an oil pan, oil conduction power and pipelines, which requires a large investment, but the heating rate is fast and the energy consumption is low. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket. The jacket has a large heat exchange area and a fast cooling speed.
