Product Introduction

Tianchuang box-type sintering furnace uses high-purity polycrystalline mullite fiber as the furnace material. It is light weight, compact and has a power of only 1.5kW. It is suitable for use in small laboratories and even home-style working environments. It has been widely used in dental laboratories for zirconia sintering and laboratories for small batch sintering.

The box-type sintering furnace is a heat treatment equipment used in the sintering process. Its appearance and structure are similar to a box. The workpiece or sample is placed in the furnace for sintering treatment. By heating to a certain temperature, the bonding force between the material particles is enhanced to form a solid whole. This furnace is designed as a closed structure to ensure that a specific atmosphere is maintained during the sintering process and that the workpiece or sample is heated evenly.
