Tianchuang series lifting sintering furnace adopts an electric lifting platform to accurately and quickly place the crucible in the furnace. Four silicon-molybdenum rods are heated in a ring shape, so the material is heated more evenly. Especially for zirconia dentures, the fired dentures are more transparent and beautiful.
The lifting sintering furnace is a heat treatment equipment whose working chamber can move up and down for heating and processing workpieces or samples. This kind of furnace is usually designed as a vertical structure, and the working chamber is raised or lowered by a lifting system to place the workpiece or sample in the appropriate heating position. In this way, the furnace is able to adapt to workpieces of different sizes and shapes and provide a uniform heating process.
