The vibrating screen, also known as the vibrating screen machine, is a machine that cooperates with the test sieve to analyze the particle size of materials and replaces manual screening. It is widely used in dry and wet screening and filtration of materials in food, medicine, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, cement, glass, grain, ceramics, papermaking and other industries. It has the advantages of stable vibration, large exciting force, stable performance, fast screen changing speed, light weight, simple operation and easy maintenance. The basic principle is to use the weights (uneven weights) installed on the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft to convert the rotational motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and tilted three-dimensional motion, and then convey this motion to the screen surface. If the phase angle of the upper and lower weights is changed, the traveling direction of the raw material can be changed.
