The agate mortar grinder is mainly composed of three parts: a grinding rod, an agate mortar and a scraper. During the working process, the agate mortar rotates clockwise and the grinding rod crushes the solid particles in the mortar to make the solid particles smaller and finer while being fixed. The scraper scrapes off the particles on the edge of the mortar, so that the solid particles return to the mortar and continue grinding. During the movement of the agate mortar and grinding rod, the grinding opportunity for each solid particle is equal, so the particle size of the ground micron powder is uniform. Set a reasonable grinding time for different solid particles (generally, the longer the grinding time, the finer the particles are ground), so that both coarse particles and fine particles are ground into very fine powder particles. The particle size can reach the micron level, and some can even reach the nanometer level. The entire grinding process can be automatically controlled. Agate bowl mill is an ideal grinding equipment for laboratory grinding of small amounts of micron powder.
