The newly developed experimental jaw crusher is a small jaw crusher for laboratory use. It is mainly used to crush various ores and brittle materials with a particle size less than 30mm. The discharge particle size can be adjusted according to needs to achieve both coarse and fine crushing functions.
According to the hardness and characteristics of the material, jaw plates made of different materials such as manganese steel, zirconia, and cemented carbide are selected.

This equipment is mainly used for the fine crushing of various ores such as limestone, calcium carbide, calcium carbide slag, shale, basalt, river pebbles, bluestone, etc. It has good results in universities, scientific research institutions, factories and mine laboratories, and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, water conservancy, transportation, new energy and other industries.

The main structure of the laboratory jaw crusher: frame, hood, jaw plate frame, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, gap adjustment turntable, feed hopper, discharge box, frequency converter, touch screen, etc. The crushing method of this series of jaw crushers is curved extrusion type.
The motor drives the belt and pulley, and makes the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is squeezed, rubbed, rolled and crushed in multiple ways. When the movable jaw moves downward, the four-link structure drives the movable jaw plate away from the fixed jaw plate. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber.
As the motor continuously rotates, the movable jaw plate of the crusher performs periodic crushing and discharging to achieve mass production.
