The working mode of the sample making machine is vibration grinding. The material is placed in a bowl, which contains a crushing ring and a breaker hammer. The bowl forms vibration and grinding functions during high-speed rotation. The material is crushed and ground by the crushing ring and breaker hammer. The material is quickly made into 80-200 mesh (0.175-0.075mm) micro-powdered samples within 2-6 minutes, which can be directly used for testing.
The main parts of the crushing and grinding bowl include ordinary bonded steel type, high manganese steel type, wear-resistant alloy type, chromium steel type, tungsten carbide type, etc.
The hardness of the ore materials that can be crushed by the bowl of different steel materials is also different.
The material is put into a sealed bowl. There is a breaker hammer and a crushing ring in the bowl. The motor drives the eccentric hammer to rotate at high speed, forming vibration, impact force and friction to turn the material into powder.
