Product Introduction
The dispersing machine is mainly used to crush, disperse, emulsify and homogenize slurry liquid raw materials of different viscosities. Through the high-speed operation of the dispersing disc, strong shear impact and friction occur between the material and the dispersing disc, achieving the functions of rapid emulsification, dissolution, uniform mixing and dispersion.
The disperser absorbs very little air when stirring and dispersing, and has excellent mixing and smoothing effects. Using medium or high speed stirring and dispersion can quickly dissolve the material and make the particles smaller.
The disperser is composed of five parts: hydraulic system, main drive, mixing system, guide mechanism, and electric control box. Each part has a compact and reasonable structure.
